Baby Kale Salad with Black Pepper and Pinenuts
A super easy salad perfect as a side to any meal!
- 1 bunch baby kale
- a few chugs each of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- a few cranks fresh ground black pepper
- ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted in a dry skillet
- pecorino romano shavings
- Place kale, olive oil, vinegar and black pepper in a bowl and toss.
- Add pine nuts and pecorino just before serving.
