Ingredients
- 10 fresh medjool dates
- ½ cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
- 2 TBS maple syrup, coconut nectar, or raw honey
- 2 TBS water
- ½ t fler de sel (salt)
Instructions
- Add everything to high speed blender or food processor.
- Start on low speed, and blend or process until completely smooth, adding more water if necessary to blend.
- Serve. On ANYTHING!
- *Optional: Add some Jay Robb Vanilla Egg White Protein!

I made this yesterday. Any idea how long it is good for?
I would keep it for 4-5 days in the fridge, but it freezes beautifully too!
When you say coconut milk, do you mean the liquid or the cream?
I used blended coconut milk liquid from the can, but the cream would work wonderfully too!
