Dulche de Leche

It takes less than 10 minutes to make, and no cooking necessary!?!

Ingredients
  • 10 fresh medjool dates
  • ½ cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
  • 2 TBS maple syrup, coconut nectar, or raw honey
  • 2 TBS water
  • ½ t fler de sel (salt)

Instructions
  1. Add everything to high speed blender or food processor.
  2. Start on low speed, and blend or process until completely smooth, adding more water if necessary to blend.
  3. Serve. On ANYTHING!
  4. *Optional: Add some Jay Robb Vanilla Egg White Protein!
